Barber Weisbruch’s compensation is applied through a state‑authorized withholding structure regulated by the California Code of Civil Procedure. This variable withholding, determined by claim type and value, is deducted directly from recovered funds at the point of disbursement—under procedures operated and permitted by the State of California.

 

Because the withholding is taken at the source, clients do not pay us directly, and no out‑of‑pocket fees are incurred for our services.
